New Site Ads
Recently I was cleaning up the China Blog List. Some of its image links had gone dead. I had to replace the Living in China image as well as the Chinese Forums image. At first Roddy couldn’t find the proper size, so I made him a new one:
He returned the favor:
I think I like the one he made better.
P.S. If anyone else wants to e-mail me one, I’ll post it if I like it.
There’s laws about distorting pandas, you know.
Pandas are fat.
How can you say that? You obviously have no knowledge of Chinese culture. That’s not fat, it’s bamboo-digesting enzymes and cuteness reserves.
Pandas are cute and delicious, yum yum!
I like Roddy’s image better. The Sinosplice Network logo, though nice looking, has this corporate look that represent you or at least the sinosplice blog that I know of.
Hmmm, I think the original intent of the images was lost in this post.
Both images I posted (Roddy’s as well as mine) were actually intended as jokes… hence the Comic Sans font, the glowing red eyes on the panda, the cliche Great Wall picture, and the backwards E in sinosplice.
John, I think it’s time to start using the new sinosplice logo I made as the official Sinosplice logo. I’ll get in touch with all the sinosplice blogs and get them to start using it.
I’ll just be frank, I’m kinda curious, does the Google Adsense bring in any kind of significant revenue for you? Is it like in the per month range of a coca-cola, a set meal at KFC, a name brand shirt, monthly Shanghai?
Lantian,
A litte OT, aren’t we?
My ad income is not insignificant, but it’s not especially impressive, either. One month’s ad revenue is worth enough KFC to make you sick.
